What helps us reply

The year, make and model, and where the car is kept: a garage, a carport, or a driveway or the street. If there is a mark on the paint or a stain inside, tell us where on the car it is.

Photos are optional. Two or three in daylight help us bring the right pads for the paint or the right cleaners for the cabin, and you can text them to (310) 857-2520.
