Full car detailing in Los Angeles
The whole car, cleaned by hand in your garage. Outside, it starts with a hand wash and ends with a hand sealant. Inside, the seats and carpet are vacuumed and the leather is cleaned and conditioned.

6 to 8 hoursDone in one visit.
A full detail lifts what sits on the paint and in the cabin. Scratches in the paint itself are a job for correction.

Inside

About 30 minutes at your car. You keep the report.
Before we price anything, we look at the paint where the car lives, in your garage or driveway. We bring the lights and the gauge, and the inspection is free.
What we look at
Every panel under a low, bright LED light that shows the swirls a garage bulb hides. We measure the paint on each panel, so we know how much there is to polish, and mark chips and old repairs on the map.
What you keep
The report, filled in at your car, with a fixed price for the work you choose. It is yours whether or not you book.

When it makes sense
- Before a paint correction or a coating, when the car needs a proper clean first
- A coated car that is due its care
- A car you are getting ready to sell
Inspection first, then the detail
- We look at the car at your home first, and the report gives you a fixed price. The look is free.
- Nothing starts until you approve the price on your report.
- On the day, we work through the outside and inside lists above, by hand, and you don't need to be home while we work.
What we need from you
- A garage or covered space out of direct sun, with room to walk around the car
- The car parked there when we arrive
- A way into the garage while we work
What sets the price of a full detail
- Two rows of seats or three
- How long since the inside was last cleaned
- How much grit and tar the clay has to lift
Every price is set at your inspection and fixed in writing before we start.
What a full detail doesn't do
It cleans the paint and leaves its scratches where they are. Polishing those out is paint correction.
The sealant adds gloss and helps water run off, and it wears with washing. A ceramic coating bonds to the paint and wears far more slowly.

When the detail is done
You get your report and a care sheet with the wash rules and their dates, on the day we finish.
Before you book a full detail
Is a full detail the same as a car wash?
No. A wash cleans the outside. The full detail adds the wheel wells and door jambs, clay and a hand sealant, and the whole cabin.
Do I need to be home?
For the inspection, whoever decides on the work should be there. Once the work starts, nobody has to be home, as long as we can get into the garage.
Can you work in an apartment or condo garage?
We can work there when the building allows it and there is room around the car.
Does the full detail include the engine bay?
No. The full detail is the outside and inside lists on this page.
See what your paint needs before you spend anything.
The inspection is free and takes about 30 minutes at your home. You keep the written report and the fixed price whether or not you book the work.
Inspections by appointment. Same-day replies Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
