Sent before 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday? You get inspection times the same day.
When you'll hear from us
A request sent after 6:00 pm or on a Sunday gets its reply, with inspection times, the next morning we open.
At the inspection
The inspection happens in your garage or driveway. For paint work we bring the lights and the gauge. Whoever decides on the work should be there: we walk around the car together under the light and agree what goes on the report.
The report and its fixed price are written at your car, and you keep the report whether or not you book the work. Not sure what your car needs? That is what the inspection is for.
Where the work happens
The work itself needs your garage, or a covered space out of direct sun with room on every side of the car. If the car lives in the driveway, park it under cover before we arrive on the day.
